Return Policy

Sometimes, stuff happens. We understand that and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When you make the decision to put your signage needs in our hands, we do not take it lightly. Whether your signs arrived damaged, you notice a typo, selected the wrong shipping by mistake, or just aren't satisfied with them, contact us right away. We've got the best Returns Policy of any Online Sign Company, Period.

Custom Printed Signs

While Custom Printed Products are not accepted for return under any circumstances if there is a problem with your custom signs, please submit a Support Ticket. If possible, include a picture of the issue (spelling, damages, off color) for our Customer Care department to use in resolving things for you.

Support Tickets are answered within 1 hour (during normal business hours) and our staff prides themselves on providing resolutions that our customers can feel good about. Little known secret - only one person at Esigns is allowed to say "No" - and if he is ever asked to step in and tell a customer "No" he'll say "No" to the asker, making our Customer Care Department have to look for creative ways to say "Yes."

Common Support Ticket Resolutions:

  • I misspelled a word on a banner
    We can Reprint that for you, free
  • The color turned out "wrong"
    We can Reprint that for you, free
  • The signs arrived damaged
    We'll deal with UPS. In the meantime, we can Reprint that for you, free
  • The signs arrived late
    We'll look into why and see what we can do

Stock Signs

Stock Items may be returned to us within 3 business days of receiving them. Stock items are those without custom printed graphics, or those in which, if custom printed graphics came with them, can be readily be reused with different graphics.

If returning a stock item for reasons other than a defect with the product, you will be responsible for shipping it back to Esigns. Once received back, and it is verified that the stock product was not use, a refund will be processed for the amount that was paid for the stock item.
