“the banner first came broken with no way to get the banner out. After chatting with customer service they shipped out a new one that also came broken but on top of that we realized how warped the image was especially our stretched out logo. I reached out to customer service again asking about a new one since the most recent one we recieved was broken again anyway but its been weeks and I still havent heard back. I sent a lengthy email with pictures attached so I really would've expected something”
