A MESSAGE WITH A SMILE FROM THE BANNER BARON…
Should you judge a business by the condition of the magazines in their customer waiting area? I say, “Yes!” I’ve known my dentist-I call him “Painless”-for years. Painless has been taking care of me and my family for as long as I can remember. He’s talented, he’s smart, and he’s gentle. His office staff is friendly and the whole experience is as enjoyable as a trip to the dentist could possibly be. But there are two things that really stand out. First, his hands, nails, scrubs, and teeth are pristine. I consider this VERY important considering that fact that Painless does his best work inside of my pie hole. Second, the magazines in his waiting room are up to date and in good condition. That means someone ON A REGULAR BASIS is checking those publications. Which makes me believe that if his staff is paying that kind of attention to detail, they must run a pretty good shop which it comes to cleanliness and sterile technique. And that makes me feel safe.
I’ve told my production team about Painless on a number of occasions to make my point about attention to detail. Because it’s ALL about the details. People TRUST us to get their signs done right, and we work hard to keep our production facility and our team at top performance levels. If you’re ever in Brighton, Michigan, feel free to drop by and check out our magazines.
And our teeth, if you like.
