A MESSAGE FROM THE BANNER BARON
My favorite Mexican take out place got my order wrong last night. Again. Not my entire order. Just the beans. I asked for black beans—you know, trying to be healthy—and they gave me refried beans—not so healthy. Filled with lard, to be truthful. Tasty. But black beans are what I ordered and what I, along with my taste buds, expected.
Should I have checked the bag before I left? Well that would mean taking everything out and opening every container, which means letting out the heat. Sorry. Not gonna happen. And I was not about to drive back to the restaurant just to exchange one order of beans. So, I ate the refried beans. And sulked.
If you don’t get what you ordered from eSigns.com—and I mean exactly what you ordered—I want to hear about it. Don’t settle for refried beans when you asked for black beans. Or vice versa. The same goes for your Signs and Banners.
For those of you expecting one of my witty send offs, let me say simply that a minor mix up like this one shouldn’t amount to a hill of beans. Unless it’s a hill of the wrong beans. In which case, it does.
