Following his supervision of the due diligence team that initially researched and recommended the acquisition of eSigns.com in 2012. Roy Marsh served as the company’s CFO for four years before assuming duties as its CEO in the spring of 2016.
As the company enters its 8th year of operations, Roy Marsh leads a team of seasoned, multi-disciplined professionals in their management of sales, marketing, design, production and technical operations.
Roy Marsh's academic career includes studies at Brown University and later at Abilene Christian University where he was an honors graduate with a BBA in Accounting. His professional exploits include service with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) as well accounting management positions in both the private and public sectors.
In 1994, intrigued by the entrepreneurial interests of his family, Roy joined his brother Robert and their father at Beeper Boutique, a retailer of pagers and cell phones. As this enterprise grew from 3 stores to 20 at its peak, the cash flow from Beeper Boutique paved the way for the 1998 creation of Everyones Internet (EV1.net). The Marsh brothers grew EV1.net from its early days in unused office space of Beeper Boutique (sold in 1999) to a company with 500 employees servicing 200,000 dial up internet subscribers. Rapid but calculated growth garnered nearly 30,000 server clients hosting more than 2,000,000 websites. Along the way, the Marsh brothers created a brand and, to be sure, a cult following amongst their client base before selling EV1 in 2006. RM Brothers Development followed in 2007 and began building homes in 2008. Offering better features than their competition and at a better price point, RM Brothers Development completed construction on over 50 homes before opportunities arose with the acquisition and growth of eSigns.com.
