Roy Marsh

CEO

A key member of the initial due diligence team that researched and recommended the acquisition of eSigns.com in 2012. Roy Marsh served as the company’s CFO for four years before assuming duties as its CEO in the spring of 2016.

As the company approaches its 5th year, Roy Marsh leads a team of seasoned, multi-disciplined professionals in their management of sales, marketing, design, production and technical operations.

Roy Marsh's academic career includes studies at Brown University and later at Abilene Christian University where he was an honors graduate with a BBA in Accounting. His professional exploits include service with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) as well accounting management positions in both the private and public sectors.

In 1994, intrigued by the entrepreneurial interests of his family, Roy joined his brother Robert and their father at Beeper Boutique, a retailer of pagers and cell phones. As this enterprise grew from 3 stores to 20 at its peak, the cash flow from Beeper Boutique paved the way for the 1998 creation of Everyones Internet (EV1.net). The Marsh brothers grew EV1.net from its early days in unused office space of Beeper Boutique (sold in 1999) to a company with 500 employees servicing 200,000 dial up internet subscribers. Rapid but calculated growth garnered nearly 30,000 server clients hosting more than 2,000,000 websites. Along the way, Roy and Robert created a brand and, to be sure, a cult following amongst their client base before selling EV1 in 2006. Roy and his brother founded RM Brothers Development in 2007 and began building homes in 2008. Offering better features than their competition and at a better price point, the Marsh brothers completed over 50 homes before focusing their efforts on the acquisition and growth of eSigns.com.

In pursuit of what has become a family tradition, Roy Marsh is an avid supporter and tireless volunteer for a number of worthy charitable groups. A proud Director and volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Roy has been honored for his philanthropy by an impressive lineup of organizations including The American Heart Association, Citizens for Animal Protection, the Houston Children’s Assessment Center, and The NBA Wives Foundation, just to name a few. Roy has personally chaired fundraising events for the Houston Children's Assessment Center, the Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Citizens for Animal Protection, Elves and More, the Center for Success and Independence, and the American Heart Association. Roy Marsh is a generous supporter of the aforementioned entities as well as the Sunshine Kids, Texas Children’s Hospital, The Shriner’s Hospital for Children-Houston, the Stuttering Association for the Young, the Houston Area Women's Center and the Special Olympics.

Roy Marsh is the proud paterfamilias to three daughters and two granddaughters.
