  • I had never used eSigns.com. I am a photographer. I recently took a photo of our high school volleyball team. I ordered a 4'x6' vinyl banner of to hang in our gymnasium and the banner is so good - it does my photography work justice. I will be back for more!   • Since going Fragrance Free, our banner for public events has needed to be up-dated, to match our new Fragrance Free image. For the past couple of years eSigns have offered great sales on their banners, but it seemed that each time a “Buy one get one free sale”, came around I had just purchased a new banner, or didn’t have the money to take advantage of the sale prices. I have wanted to get in on eSigns BOGO sales for quite a while. Again this year for the past month or so I have been receiving email telling of their sales on banners, and for the past couple of weeks the BOGO banner sale was back on, I was hoping to take advantage of the sale prices and get two banners for the price of one. And it looked like we would be able to afford one this time, so last night I forced myself to get the new banner designed, and uploaded to the eSigns website before the sale ended.. I was in such a hurry that I used the wrong template layout, I used the 10 foot layout, when my intention was to make a 9 foot banner. When I realized what I had done my heart sunk, I was finally going to get the new banner we needed and I ruined it.. After panicking for a while I found the ticket system for eSigns, I posted my problem, after posting I realized that the system had an “up load file” feature, and since it was Friday, I thought that I might get the corrected file uploaded before the banner went into production, so I quickly got busy and began making the changes, moving all my work over to the 9 foot banner template. It didn't take as long as the first draft, but all the content had to be moved and re-sized, it helped that I had Microsoft Publisher, and could copy and paste most of the text boxes and then just re-size. The templates are provided by eSigns, and they come in many other formats which made it easy for me to design my own banner… When I finally got the new banner finished it was pretty late, I got it uploaded to eSigns, I was so relieved with fingers crossed that the ticket system worked to prevent the wrong banner being made.. After the new event banner was uploaded, I began to notice that the website didn’t look as nice as the new banner… So that lead to me working on the website template to get it to look like the new banner, in the process I found two additional errors on the banner, and had to fix them both and upload a new version each time. Because I didn’t find both errors at the same time, that meant two separate corrections and uploads to eSigns. Now if I didn’t feel embarrassed enough, I should now telling you all about it. But I have a purpose here.. And I was totally embarrassed, after each upload and I thought it would be the last. Even though the correct banner/s are in the eSigns system I was still worried that the wrong banner draft will go to the printer before my ticket was read, to my surprise I received an email from the Banner Barron himself Robert Marsh, saying that if there were any problems with my order I could use an email address provided in the letter, that would send an email to all the managers and those in customer service, everyone in the company who would be able to help. At first I thought that I might email that address with my concerns, but thought it might be over kill. So I put the idea aside, that was before all the new-found errors and uploads, after 3 different uploads, I could not hold myself back I emailed the Calvary, and shortly received an email from Robert Marsh himself from his iPhone, this was around 8am I stayed up all night working on this, along with the website, and facebook templates. I ended up getting 4 or 5 emails with reassurance that the banner will not go to the printer till someone has looked at my ticket… I have to tell you that I am impressed by the level of customer service I received from eSigns, I never expected an email from the company owner on Saturday morning from his iPhone, not to mention the 3 employees who all took time from their Saturday to reassure me… Robert Marsh is setting his company apart from the rest, at least in my opinion. The New Event Banner has not gone into production as I write, but I will keep you updated on the outcome… UPDATE: The new banners have arrived, a day sooner than planned. The box was a little beat up, but the banners were un harmed.. I am so happy with the new banners… They are just what I hoped for. Jeff exemplified outstanding professionalism and super knowledgeable about the process. Jeff was the perfect trouble shooter. The website also gets an "A" grade for me.

  • We were excited to hang the latest banner. As always it was well made and perfect... except for an embarrasing typo that five of us had missed. After a quick chat with Robin in Support, a new banner was on it's way free of charge! We will definitely use eSigns again and refer as may people as we can. The Customer Service is EXCELLENT!

  • We just received the 4'x4' mesh banners and they are AMAZING! We didn't know what to expect, but are completely blown away by them!! Absolutely phenomenal work eSigns!!! We now are considering other items like the stickers on GooGoose.com and the bigger matte finish vinyl banners. Thank you so so much for the awesome work and the spectacular turnaround from creation to shipping. Ordered on Tues, got them on Friday and they were on stage at our gig Saturday. We had nothing but ooh's and ahh's and questions about where we got them from. A local radio DJ even commented on how awesomely menacing they look in our stage setup!!!!

  • As always, eSigns is awesome. My magnets came out great, I already have two of them on my car! I was a little concerned that the graphic I uploaded wasn't going to come out right, but it looks great! I wanted it on a colored background and I couldn't get the graphic to save with a transparent background so I used what I hoped was the same color background and uploaded it that way. It looked fine on the screen and also came out perfect on the magnet! Fastest shipping anywhere, even with the least expensive method!

  • I'm the pastor of a new church in central Florida. We needed banners, yard signs, A-frame signs but didn't want to spend a fortune for any of them. We also wanted products that would last.   • I have now used eSigns twice, and I am hooked. I work for large organization in Washington, DC where everything has to be perfect, and have produced signs as large as those that have hung over the NYSE Building. The signs that are produced by eSigns are the same quality of any of those and what truly sets them apart is the customer service. Jim, in particular helped rectify a mistake I made designing a sign, as we all do and helped get me back on track in time for our event. Customer Service and easy design tools are what it is all about.
