We will examine your file before printing to review image quality, resolution, and sizing. If your file won't meet our quality requirements for printing, we'll contact you by email or phone to discuss the options available.

Such options can include submitting a new file, re-designing the file with our online design tool, or changing the artwork you used in your design. If better quality artwork isn't available, you then have the choice of printing the sign "as is" with an understanding that the sign is not up to our quality standards or we will be happy to refund your full payment. There is no charge for having our proofers review your file.
