If you are the owner of a building or property in Minnesota that allows public access, and do not wish firearms to be allowed on the premises, you must comply to Minnesota's gun sign laws pursuant to § 624.714.

The State of Minnesota requires that the operator or property owner of the business must identify their identity in the posted sign. Our Design editor will assist you in placing your identity in the are of the sign that reads, "Your Identity Goes Here".

Minn. Stat. § 624.714 Carrying of weapons without permit; Penalties. Subd. 17. Posting; trespass. (1) “Reasonable request” means a request made under the following circumstances: (i) the requester has prominently posted a conspicuous sign at every entrance to the establishment containing the following language: “(INDICATE IDENTITY OF OPERATOR) BANS GUNS IN THESE PREMISES.”
