When you choose for your sign and banner needs, your experience should be risk-free, hassle-free, and stress-free. In pursuit of that goal, our policies our straightforward, simple, and easy to understand--without the "gotchas" buried in the fine print!

So, here goes! Return Policy - You're gonna love your signs and banners from If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know. We will reprint your order at no cost to you, but you will be responsible for shipping fees if your dissatisfaction was not eSigns error. You must, however, notify us of any problem within 24 hours of receipt of your signs and return the product to us if requested.

Please Note: Guarantee applies to standard products in standard sizes only. Orders for more than two [2] of the same item will be replaced only if the error is the fault of No charge reprints due to errors by the client are limited to two items. Also, a 0.5" tolerance is allowed on all dimensions of any hemmed product. Finished products within this margin, even if a custom size is requested, will not be replaced. Damage to products by customer during installation are specifically excluded.

Stock Signs
"Stock items" are products purchased without custom printed graphics or products designed to display custom printed graphics where the graphic can be removed and the display can be returned in new, unused condition. Stock items, unlike custom printed products, may be returned within 3 days of receipt as recorded by the shipment tracking details. The customer must contact our customer service team and request a return authorization prior to shipping the product.

If returning a stock item for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. A refund will be processed within two [2] business days of the returned product's arrival in our warehouse, provided the product is confirmed to have arrived in unused, new condition.

Installation Notes:
When installing a banner between two poles, your goal is to even out the amount of stress on each of the grommet holes. If there is nothing to tie to other than the corners we recommend weaving the rope through the grommet holes from left to right and then tying the banner. The use of bungee cords or bungee line is preferred. Simply tying the banner from the 4 corners is not recommended and will void all warranties.
Banners are not designed to withstand high winds and should be taken down during high winds or storms. If you choose to leave your banner up during high winds you take a great chance of tearing or damaging the banner. You can cut wind slits in the banner (like a smiley face) approximately 2" to 4" in diameter about 12" apart to help allow some air through the banner. Note: Cutting wind slits will also void any warranties.

If the banner is to be installed against a wall it is very important to use every grommet hole during the installation. The type of wall will determine the style of anchor used. We recommend using a large fender washer with your choice of screw or anchor for added strength. Again banners can be destroyed by high winds if the wind gets behind the banner while hanging on a wall. eSigns cannot accept any responsibility for damage to banners due to improper installation or acts of nature.

eSigns DOES NOT recommend hanging any banner across a street or thoroughfare. Shipping Policy - Your order will ship when we promise it will ship, or the shipping will be free.

Super Saver shipping is available for FREE on all orders over $49.00 that are shipping to the contiguous United States ONLY (Certain Promotional Offers are Excluded from the Free Super Saver Shipping Offer). Ground & Expedited Shipping options are not free. This is effective as of October 13, 2014 and subject to change at any time.

Processing time is the amount of time (number of business days) required to produce and package your order. The day your order is received is not counted. In addition, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping time is the number of BUSINESS days in transit by the carrier, after the package has been picked up at our production facility. The day that the package is picked up from our facility is not counted in the number of days.

The sum of processing time and shipping time (in business days) is the total amount of time it will take for your order to arrive. Please plan accordingly.

  • - Shipping estimates for Super Saver are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • - Processing and shipping time for ground, 3-day, two-day, and overnight orders are guaranteed. If we don't ship by the time we say that we'll ship, then your shipping is free. Shipping times are subject to carrier delivery guarantee conditions.
  • - Please consult our checkout screen and your receipt for the number of business days in production and shipping. You will be provided a delivery date on your receipt that is sent upon order confirmation.

Additional Note: is not responsible for special or consequential damages. Your sole remedy in the event of a delayed order is the rebate of any shipping charges. In any event, and without limitation, we shall never be liable to you for an amount greater than the amount you paid us for a particular order. Pricing Policy - Our prices are clearly displayed on our website. In specific instances, we will note that certain products are not subject to further discount. We reserve the right to cancel any order for which a customer has applied a discount code to a product clearly marked as "no additional discounts". Further, discount codes may not be applied to any item offered at a "sale price". Discount codes may only be used in connection with items offered at our everyday low prices. In the event that we commit an error in the pricing of a product, we reserve the right to limit the purchase to one item, and cancel and refund the remaining part of the order. We're only human and we do make mistakes. Privacy Policy - We will not sell, rent, barter, or give your personal information to third parties for any amount of money or trade value. However, we will share your name and email address with our shipping partners to ensure that you are kept "in the loop" about the delivery of your order. In addition, we may contact you from time to time by phone, email, or regular USPS with regards to your order, information, details of special sales and other offers, and to generally and briefly "stay in touch".

Your order is also covered by our "Terms of Service". These elements detail the legal mumbo jumbo and are also an important part of our business relationship and online contract. Your placement of an order with confirms your acceptance of these terms and policies.

Orders completed (including any necessary proof approval) by 10AM Eastern on regular weekdays will ship out the same business day. Weekends & holidays are excluded from this offer. Same day order processing & shipping is limited for many products by the quantity ordered. During ordering and checkout, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date. Please take careful note of the estimated delivery date when ordering. If you need something delivered more quickly, please call customer service at 800-494-5850 and we will do everything possible to get your order to you when you need it. We LOVE making clients happy!

Free shipping is currently limited to Super Saver shipping with a minimum purchase of $49.00, only for orders shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders to other countries, Alaska, and Hawaii and not covered by this offer. Sorry!
