For orders of $75.00 or more Free Super Saver Shipping is available for most orders, certain promotional offers are excluded. Free Super Saver Shipping applies only to orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. This is effective as of October 13, 2014 and subject to change at any time without notice. Ground and Expedited Shipping options are not free with this offer. We're sorry, but orders to other countries, Alaska, and Hawaii are not covered by this offer.
Due to changes made by our parcel carrier, we are no longer able to ship rolled banners larger than 9'x8' (9 feet by 8 feet) in a shipping tube without incurring excessive fees. Effective immediately, banners larger than 9'x8' will be folded for shipment. Although folding banners that meet these dimensions will decrease shipping costs even from our current rates, it may result in wrinkled material or slight imperfections in the print. At the distance which these large banners are typically intended for use, these issues should not cause any degradation in the effectiveness of your signage and any wrinkles will release over time. If the above is not acceptable we do have access to other shipping options, at additional cost, which will allow for the banner to be rolled for shipment. OUR SHIPPING TERMS ARE DEFINED:
Processing Time: The amount of time (in business days) required to produce and package your order once you have approved any necessary proofs and completed your order. Orders completed before 10AM Eastern Time will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 10AM weekdays or on a weekend will be processed the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
Shipping time: The number of BUSINESS days an order is expected to spend in transit by the carrier, after the package has been picked up at our production facility. The day that the package is picked up from our facility is not included in the shipping time.
Total Amount of Time for Your Order to Arrive: This is the sum of processing time and shipping time (in business days). Please plan accordingly.
-Shipping estimates for Super Saver are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
-Processing and shipping time for Ground orders to the contiguous U.S. states are guaranteed. If we don't ship your completed & approved order by the time we say that we'll ship, then your shipping is free.
-Processing and shipping times for three-day select, two-day air, and overnight air to the contiguous U.S. states are guaranteed. If your completed & approved order does not arrive by the committed time, your shipping will be free.
-Please consult our checkout screen and your receipt for the number of business days in production and shipping. You will be provided a delivery date on your receipt that is sent upon order confirmation. These guarantees apply to completed and proof-approved orders only. We are not responsible for delays due to bad or missing files, late change requests, or proofs pending approval by customers.
-eSigns.com will not be responsible for refunds due to carrier delays.
Damages or Delays Beyond our Control: eSigns.com is not responsible for special or consequential damages. Your sole remedy in the event of an order delayed by circumstances outside the control of eSigns.com is the rebate of any shipping charges.
