“Ordered two of these custom banners and was disappointed to discover errant marks on both sides of the banner. Best guess is the banners were rolled up with some ink possibly still being wet, allowing them to transfer onto other surfaces. Or there was some improper handling that resulted in the marks. Have had good experience with eSigns before so was further disappointed when I immediately contacted Customer Service and have yet to get a reply, leading me to this review. Would appreciate a response to my contact or this review on what options are available.”
